A Legacy of Love & Leadership
The Hailey Leadership Legacy Program honors our beloved teacher and assistant manager, Hailey Oristian, who unexpectedly passed away. She was a huge part of the Bella Ballet Family and has left an indelible mark on our hearts.
This profound nine-month initiative is crafted to empower and inspire middle school and high school dancers within our studio. Named in honor of Hailey Oristian, an extraordinary woman who embodied exemplary leadership qualities, this safe-haven strives to continue her legacy of dedication, academic excellence, leadership, empowerment, and, most importantly, leading with love.
